Frank grew up in the north of Holland and at age 24, it was time to leave home and see what the world had to offer. After a few months in Asia, he decided to settle in Lisbon and began his career in digital marketing as a Facebook Marketing Expert.
Living abroad for a number of years made him want to spend more time with his family and eventually he moved back to Holland, taking a job at an agency specializing in Digital Recruitment. This allowed him to combine his Digital experience and commercial mindset, connecting people with businesses. Starting at the bottom of the totem pole as a trainee, Frank honed his skills and grew into an exceptional Lead Recruitment Consultant in no time..

However, the curiosity to understand what really goes on behind the curtains at his then-client’s, led to the decision of becoming a Freelance Corporate Recruiter for several companies in Retail, Fashion and Consulting. This experience provided new insights and experience’s, which aid in Franks ability to consult his clients on the best practices for hiring the perfect match, all the while providing professionals with an exceptional candidate experience.
The missing piece, however, was working together with like-minded entrepreneurs every day. Having stayed in touch with two former colleagues and fellow recruitment specialists which share similar views on recruitment and the way of doing business, the idea of starting something new together was born. Shortly after, Foresight Recruitment was a fact.
Connecting people and companies begins by understanding the drives and needs from both sides; Frank’s aim is to do this in a light-hearted and humorous way, while always treating the process with delicate hands and the respect it deserves.
