With a focus on connecting manufacturers (suppliers) directly with (ecommerce) retailers, they eliminate middlemen, ensuring the most competitive prices in the market. Operating from their China office, they have established connections with over 1,000 suppliers and manage a strict in-house Quality Assurance (QA) department.
The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by promoting our client's innovative solutions that connect toy and gift manufacturers directly with retailers. You will be responsible for generating new leads, cultivating strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals, ensuring that retailers have access to the latest and most in-demand products. This role requires an understanding of the wholesale and retail market, as well as the ability to communicate the advantages of working directly with suppliers to eliminate unnecessary markups.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company’s wholesale services, ensuring that clients understand the value of direct supplier-retailer connections.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by effectively implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Identify potential customers and maintain relationships with existing retailers, ensuring continued satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
Develop and execute a territory action plan based on thorough market research and adjust sales techniques as needed.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports and proposals.
The Requirements
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of B2B sales, particularly in wholesale and retail environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience in B2B sales, ideally in wholesale or retail industries.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to highlight the competitive advantage of direct manufacturer-to-retailer solutions.
Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of client interactions.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the toys or gifts industry is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
The Offer
Gross salary between €2,500 and €3,500 per month, based on experience.
