For one of our clients, an international digital marketing and e-commerce consultancy, we are looking for a technically minded Web Analyst who enjoys turning complex data into clear direction and actionable insights.

You will join a specialized analytics team consisting of senior web analysts, analytics engineering expertise and experienced data specialists. Together, you help B2C e-commerce brands across the Netherlands and Europe better understand customer behavior, improve decision making and optimize digital performance.

This role is ideal for someone with around 2+ years of experience in technical web analytics who enjoys both the technical side of tracking and the strategic side of translating data into business impact.

What you will be doing

  • Owning and maintaining tracking implementations for existing clients

  • Translating customer needs into data and measurement strategies

  • Building and configuring tracking plans using tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Firebase

  • Supporting development teams with data layer implementations and GTM configurations

  • Configuring events and customer data flows towards CDPs and marketing automation platforms

  • Creating dashboards and visual reports in Looker Studio or similar BI tools

  • Advising clients on GDPR, consent management and cookieless tracking solutions

  • Working closely with UX, Performance Marketing, Automation and Data teams

  • Helping clients turn data into practical business decisions and optimization opportunities

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Technical Web Analyst or similar role

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager

  • Experience with event tracking, conversion setups and measurement plans

  • Understanding of consent management, GDPR and tools such as Cookiebot

  • Experience with dashboarding and visualization in Looker Studio or comparable tools

  • Comfortable communicating with developers and non-technical stakeholders

  • Fluent in Dutch and able to work with English-speaking clients when needed

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL and BigQuery

  • Knowledge of GA4 event exports

  • Basic JavaScript understanding

  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms and server-side/event-based tracking

What is offered

  • Salary between €3,400 and €4,800 gross per month, depending on experience
