The Role
As Marketing Director, this role is a dynamic leadership opportunity where overseeing and leading a diverse team is not just about ensuring cohesion and performance but also fostering personal and professional development. Working closely with other members of the executive team, there's a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of an e-commerce platform, shaping it into a cutting-edge solution that stands out in the industry for years to come. Within the marketing team, a key emphasis lies on fostering a culture of innovation and creativity. This involves not only driving strategic initiatives but also empowering the team to think outside the box and contribute fresh, inventive ideas. This will be one of your main tasks, by succesfully managing a team of 23 professionals, including 3 managers and 20 specialists.
Data-driven decision-making is a cornerstone of the chosen approach. By implementing robust analytical frameworks together with a team, you'll ensures that every marketing campaign's effectiveness is rigorously assessed. This commitment to performance analysis enables the further refinment of strategies and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of the digital market.
Furthermore, collaboration extends beyond your own marketing team. You will be collaborating closely with other departments, such as Sales and Product Development, ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with and integrated into the broader business goals. The goal of this more holistic approach, is to contribute to a cohesive organization.
The Requirements
