For an internationally operating technology scale-up, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who wants to play a key role in accelerating commercial growth within the real estate sector.
The organisation has developed a proven data-driven SaaS platform that enables real estate owners, operators and investors to make better strategic and commercial decisions based on behavioural insights, performance data and digital engagement metrics. The product is mature, scalable and already used by a range of international clients and institutional stakeholders.
Following significant investment in product development and technology, the company is now entering a phase focused on commercial expansion and international market penetration.
The role
As Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of building new client relationships and driving enterprise sales across international markets.

You will sell a strategic SaaS solution that helps clients optimise performance, improve customer engagement, support commercial decision-making and unlock additional value across their real estate assets. This is a highly autonomous role where you will operate at senior stakeholder level and manage complex decision-making processes.
Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within real estate portfolios and asset-driven organisations

Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers

Lead enterprise sales processes from initial engagement to contract signature

Translate client challenges into clear commercial value propositions

Work closely with product and leadership teams to support market expansion

Contribute to long-term revenue growth and strategic positioning

Sales cycles are typically multi-stakeholder and medium to long term, with recurring revenue contracts forming the foundation of the commercial model.

Your profile

Experience in enterprise business development or strategic sales within SaaS, data, technology or real estate-related environments

Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

Strong consultative selling mindset

Comfortable operating internationally and building new markets

Highly self-driven and capable of owning pipeline generation and deal execution

Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered a strong advantage
What’s on offer

OTE between €120,000 and €150,000 (approximately 50/50 split)
