The Role 

For this company we are looking for a technically strong consultant who can take ownership of tracking, tagging and marketing data infrastructure across multiple client environments. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential towards a future Team Lead position. As a Digital Marketing Tracking & Data Consultant, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining reliable tracking and data flows for a wide range of digital marketing clients.

Your responsibilities 

  • Setting up and managing server-side tracking environments

  • Implementing Google Tag Manager and marketing pixels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok

  • Connecting backend systems with marketing platforms to ensure smooth and reliable data flows

  • Supporting dashboarding and marketing data visibility, including setups involving Google BigQuery

  • Supporting the technical infrastructure behind AI and automation initiatives

  • Coaching junior consultants on implementations and technical best practices

  • You will have direct contact with clients during onboarding and implementation phases, where you can clearly explain technical setups and data structures.

  • As the company continues to grow rapidly, this role is expected to evolve into a Team Lead position within the next one to two years.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience with server-side tracking and tagging

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and marketing pixels

  • Affinity with backend integrations and API-driven data flows

  • Experience with Google tooling such as GA4, GTM and BigQuery

  • Independent mindset with strong ownership mentality

  • Interest in coaching junior colleagues

  • Strong communication skills towards both clients and internal teams

  • English speaking candidates are welcome

What is offered?

  • Salary between €3,500 and €5,500 gross per month, depending on experience
